Water Elementals are from the Elemental Plane of Water, ruled over by Ursula. This family of elemental races includes all elementals from this plane. Water elementals tend to be fluid and adaptable, altering to fit their environments and taking the path of least resistance.

Relations of other Races
Some water elementals are quick and playful, getting along well with the Wild Fey inhabitants of The Feywild. They are easygoing spirits who never stay in the same place for long, but like the Wild Fey they are surrounded by, a dangerous force should they pick up momentum.

Others are slow and stagnant, like a mold infested pond. These elementals enjoy The Shadowfell, resistant to change and movement.
