Despite the stereotypes, not all fire Elementals are forces of destruction, burning hot and fast. The Plane of Fire is the origin of natural light and warmth, allowing even simple, magicless creatures to light their way in the dark and keep themselves warm in the cold. Fire elementals embody these various aspects of their element. They to be fickle creatures unstable in temperament, and are often characterized as glass cannons, easy to extinguish but capable of great destruction if not done so quickly.
