Description
Artica is frozen wasteland. Left in the care of its demigods without direction from Frosta, the plane has found itself divided into several warring regions.
Location:
Arctica sits in the ring of Elemental Planes, surrounding The Shadow Wild and surrounded by The Outer Planes.
Neighbors:
Arctica sits between Aerie and Oceania, its two parent planes.
Inhabitants:
Ice Elementals inhabit Artica although in times of unrest many prefer the frozen corners of En instead.
Rulers:
Frosta's demigods rule over the plane, abandoned by Frosta herself.
Origin
The liquid planes of Oceania and the cold open airs of Aerie converged to create solid frozen wastelands of ice and snow. It is here that the purest cold is known, the most beautiful ice crystal snowflakes are found, and the loneliest tundras stretch out to the horizon in all directions.
