The Copper Guard is a paramilitary force comprised of Halvarians, although they are not publicly endorsed by the party, they are indirectly relied upon to act where the Halvarians cannot. Where the Halvarians push for reform through collective unity, the Copper Guard ensures their efforts are not quietly crushed by the throne or the entrenched elite. Formed from former militia, tradesmen, and hardened laborers, they have embraced the insult once used against their ancestors—"copper"—and reforged it into a badge of defiance.
