Born on Oxton
Joined NeoDyne on Nyx as part of the Merchant fleet
He met both Laton and Plystra while working there, leaving a positive impression
When the legal crackdown happened he was suspected of deeper involvement and fled to the Sovereignty to Join the Marines "Service makes free"
Was quickly moved unto the Officer track, but was never truly happy about that.
Was involved in the assault on Axion where he briefly met Laton again and also made the aquantaince of Pallas
After the war was declared over with a win for the Sovereignty, his unit was still stuck in an area controlled by the local xenophobic revolutionary forces and abandoned
Some of his unit managed to escape by splitting up
When the other charcters who had met Barty started the journey to meet him and join the Safari Business, Lois was lucky enough to be nearby either Plystra, Laton or Pallas (decide among yourselves) and took him with them as a competent military officer.
