Origin Feats can only be taken at character level 1, granted by a Background. A character can only have one Origin feat.

General Feats are gained in place of an Ability Score Improvement feat at certain class levels. All General Feats increase an Ability Score by 1.

Fighting Style feats are gained through the Fighting Style class feature. You can only benefit from a single Fighting Style feat, unless otherwise specified.

Epic Boon feats are gained at class level 19. They can also be temporarily granted as a reward by a powerful being.
