Does the faction align itself with any other groups, leaders, states, or individuals on a functional level? How does this relationship mutually benefit each other in their goals, ideals, or organization?

Does the faction have any declared or well known opposition (groups, states, leaders, individuals, etc) that are hostile against its ideals or hinder its goals? How does the faction deal with their enemies?
