How does the faction promote itself to the non-initiated? How are new members gained? Is there a ceremony or ritual involved in joining?
Faction Support
How does the faction reward its members for living up to its ideals or carrying out its goals? What are mechanical benefits for someone to remain in this faction? If there are multiple ranks or tiers of membership, do the rewards increase with renown?

How does the faction handle disobedience within the organization? What are ways it can compel its members to commit to its goals?
How might the faction or members air grievances towards each other? If a member’s position within the faction becomes strained, is there a recognized method of leaving or discharging a member, either willingly or unwillingly? Are there penalties or drawbacks for doing so?
