Pardus Rex is the capital of the Northern Kingdom of the main continent, known as “Peccatores Regnum,” which translates to “Kingdom of Sinners.” Founded long ago by Omo Baros, the first spotted Leonin to become high king of Peccatores Regnum, it was established as a new city for his people to expand and thrive. Baros was concerned about Triton's aggression and ordered his kingdom to grow and develop new territories. He also encouraged his subjects to have more children to populate the vast lands. This strategy would lead to an increase in potential soldiers and the establishment of defensible locations, such as towns and cities. The city is characterized by its towers, with numerous watchtowers dotting the skyline and surrounding areas. Instead of a traditional castle, there is a massive longhouse where the leadership gathers. Today, Pardus Rex is a stronghold for the opposition against the Imperium Unitum. Situated on relatively flat terrain, Pardus Rex is enveloped by vast fields of wheat, barley, and other resilient grains that stretch for miles. For the citizens of Peccatores Regnum, Pardus Rex symbolizes hope; they aspire to a future where they can live free from the patronizing influence of the empire to the west across the sea. The High King of Peccatores Regnum holds dominion over Pardus Rex, as it is intended to be his personal stronghold.
