Ghast is the capital of the Modrazen Kingdom and a direct rival to Ellabore in every aspect. The academies in Ghast are second only to those in Ellabore, and they may even be superior to all other schools in the realms. The Queen of the Modrazen Kingdom resides in the ancient Shadow Palace, a grand castle that has stood for generations. Ghast is situated in a remote corner of the continent, making it highly defensible. The city produces many goods, but they are exclusively reserved for Ghast's nobility, citizenry, and armed forces. The Dark Elves, who inhabit the city, are naturally secretive, so little is known about the city's inner workings and its government. Visiting Ghast can be exciting, as the Dark Elves know how to enjoy themselves and are willing to revel with outsiders. However, visitors should proceed with caution; angering the city’s inhabitants could have disastrous consequences.
