The Twist Marsh

Climate: Warm, Wet

Average Tempature Range: 45 - 95 F

The Twist Marsh is a mass of marshes, bogs, mud flats, and swamps located in the southern part of Bail’s western continent. These wetlands are characterized by deep waters, thick trees that flourish in the humid environment, and an abundance of reeds and other wetland plants. The swamp is home to a diverse array of reptiles, fish, and amphibians, while larger terrestrial animals, such as deer, are present but much less common. Semi-aquatic creatures, such as alligators, are the primary predators of the region; these predators are incredibly varied and dangerous. The Twist Marsh is often shrouded in mist and fog, created by the warm climate and the surrounding oceans. Broad and deep rivers flow through the marsh like veins, providing a means for many people to navigate the region by boat.
