The city of Alta Arbor is nestled deep within the jungles of Praetoria. It is governed by a council of elders elected for their wisdom and capabilities. Alta Arbor uniquely blends conventional buildings and structures suspended from the towering trees, creating a distinctive vertical urban landscape. The city's population is primarily made up of Tabaxi, with Leonin and Triton as minorities. Alta Arbor is a production hub, hosting numerous guilds, factories, and other facilities run by skilled Tabaxi artisans. Due to its location in the jungle, the city has limited farmland. Consequently, its food sources include imported goods, locally caught fish, and foraged items. Historically, Alta Arbor was the site where the Imperium Untium first made contact with the main continent of Praetoria. Since this initial encounter, the smaller kingdom occupying the continent's southern part has maintained a positive relationship with the Imperium Unitum and Peccatores Regnum. The Tritons refer to this smaller kingdom as “Bestia Amicus,” which translates to “Beast Friends.” Alta Arbor also serves as the meeting place for Bestia Amicus's leadership when they need to hold discussions.
