Agdu-Skye

The first of the giant-cities in the mountains, Agdu-Skye is now even more of a ruin than the others of its kind, and for a reason: when, in their first retreat from the world of the little people, the giants decided to construct a city that made use of the craft of the Fire Giants, the endurance of the Stone Giants, the magic of the Storm Giants, the practicality of the Frost Giants, and the cunning of the Cloud Giants, they thought too much on their similarities than their differences. And so, when the Agdu-Skye was made, the inhabitants all despised one another – and particularly the Cloud Giants, who have forever delighted in mischief.

From then, each of the clans of giants each went their own ways, and made their own cities, with one exception: all of the giants assisted in the construction of the Himminin. Perhaps for the love that they bore for each other and their craft, despite their differences, or perhaps in order to ensure that the Cloud Giants need never visit their brethren on the surface world.

An Empty Hall

The Agdu-Skye can still be entered – there are no guards on the doors, no traps in the walls. Though, of course, there are dangers aplenty for adventurers wandering unwarily through a palace designed for titanic and magical beings. It is mostly empty, save for significant days in the giant and goliath calenders.

The Ordning

Whenever there comes come change in the world – either some major event in the politics of the people below or in some passing of a calendar – the giants and the important goliaths gather for a moot at the forum in the Agdu-Skye. Otherwise, the halls remain empty, and silent, and cold.
