Sova Medvedov, the conqueror
Sova Medvedov is the founder of the Medvedov dynasty. Her invasion of Kildar over five hundred years ago is what started the unification of Kildar into the kingdom we know it as today. The eruption of Inferno Mountain forced her and her sea raiders to seek new land in Kildar. Her conquest began with the siege of Teristraz, and ended with the Siege of Auryn. She would die here, but her actions ensured that her son, Leif, would become the first King of Kildar.

1. Leif Medvedov, the First
King Leif Medvedov, first of his name, first King of Kildar. Under his rule, Kildar was united under one kingdom. He was subsequently crowned in his capital, Torrica.
2. Gunilla Medvedov, the Pious
Gunilla Medvedov, the Pious reigned from her father's death in 67 until her death in 94. She devoted her life to Ilmater and instituted the worship of Ilmater as the state religion of Kildar for a short time. This action was quickly reverted after her death by her successor. Gunilla never sired children of her own, so she appointed her nephew Thorstein, the fierce as her heir.

3. Thorstein Medvedov, the Fierce
Thorstein Medvedov became king when his aunt dies without any children of her own. His father, Sigurd Medvedov, died in the Arland rebellion when he was in diapers. He was posthumously nicknamed "the fierce", for his bravery in battle.

Princess Varina Medvedov, the Lost
Varina Medvedov is the adopted daughter of the King and Queen of Kildar. She was handpicked from the Torrica orphanage at a very young age by the Queen Consort herself. In recent years she has gone missing however, striking the long lived elven queen with grief. Her disappearance left the King with a tough choice that he never got to make. Before he could appoint a successor, he and the remaining members of the Medvedov Dynasty died in the Crimson Dusk. There are rumours abound that Varina herself, or one of her descendants, still roams Kildar to this day, and that the line of Medvedov will return to restore glory to Kildar.
