Falcon Eye Detective Agency is a small, struggling business based in the rocky district of Raven’s Roost. The agency once held promise but has fallen on hard times due to competition, lack of clients, and the shady reputation of the area. The owner, a stubborn but dedicated investigator, refuses to give up despite mounting debts. With creaky furniture, an outdated filing system, and a single broken window, the office shows clear signs of neglect. Despite that, when someone finds themselves in need of help in a delicate matter where the authorities can't or won't help, Falcon Eye can be their best shot. Falcon Eye has maintained a professional rivalry but also some amount of respect with the authorities and the Bounty Hunter's guild.

The agency was founded by elf warlock Valentine, who later took on the young orcish wizard Meera as his apprentice. They became business partners, and when Valentine died, Meera took over the agency and kept if afloat over the years. She is not aware that her former partner had in fact been resurrected by Grand Mother and is well and alive.
