Inferno Mountain is a towering, active volcano on the island of Medvedov. The environment is harsh and largely uninhabited, with only hardy flora and scattered wildlife surviving the extreme heat and sporadic eruptions. Occasional explorers and scholars visit the area to study its volcanic activity, while the mountain itself stands as a stark reminder of both natural power and the historical events that shaped Kildar.

History

Inferno Mountain is a naturally occurring volcano, central to the island’s formation. Its catastrophic eruption during the Great Cataclysm destroyed the original human settlement on Medwedov, forcing its inhabitants to flee to the mainland. This event indirectly led to the rise of the Medvedov Dynasty, as Sova Medvedov and her followers used the disaster to establish themselves on Kildar's continent.
