Natchai - It was the city of entertainment I created in C1. I thought it'd be cool to bring it back as where Shadowfellians can pursue artistic dreams. It can be rebuilt session by session (with input players)

NPC's
• Kai, illusionist Dhampir/Vampire who wants to do good. Dark illusionary twists on classic tricks with his illusions (pulling hat out of bunny, sawing assistant in half) in the Nightmare Scenario. Loves red colored drinks. He dreams of going to Auryn, where the Magician’s Guild resides. (Eastern Europe Vibes) He has a bad gambling habit.
Vox, the Shadar-Kai ventriloquist. mid-30s, black long coat, eyeliner, theatrical (ginger mead) -> (more projecting voice)
The Dollhouse, group that is dressed in dark/gothic harajuku/doll style, led by Mariona. (black and white dress, porcelain broken face).
They have their own room with mannequins (monotone creepy voice)
• Sammy, Eladrin androgyn dance with blue/purple hair (they/them).
Soft-spoken elegant classical dancer to wild war dancing with deep grunts/screams.
• Drax, Black Dragonborn with Umbraxis-breath (purple lightning) that can animate a corpse for a few seconds. (Big and loud but emotional when someone gifts him draconic present)
• Santo, Barbarian Goliath show fighter with a mask (timide, deep voice. Has a child-like excitement when he can bring the violence, especially with his love Tina the maul)
• Pinhead/”Pinnig”, Dwarven blockhead (pierced up Dwarven smith who puts nails in noses for example)...cheap with money, doesn't spend much breath on conversations..
He wants you to try his stunts as well..
