In september 611 KCR, the situation in the Thornwoods deteriorated. Shortly after the grand opening of the Thornvale gateway, an expedition into alternative travel routes through the feywild ran into a Hag coven and barely escaped with their lives. The Hag Coven, going under the name The Three Sisters proved to be very dangerous as two hunting parties by the Mercenary Guild and Eldritch Inquisition were decimated with only a handful of survivors.

The Eldritch Inquisition has given out a travel warning for the region, recommending to only use the the recently established Portal Gateway to travel to- and from Tornvale. With the approval of the citizens of Thornvale, the Eldritch Inquisition has established quarantine of the Thornwoods with roadblocks and patrols in a similar manner to the Torrica Exclusion Zone.

Adventurers reported the sighting of a Black Dragon hunting for Hags, but these words have been dismissed by the Eldritch Inquisition as hysteria, and should not be taken serious.

In October 611KCR, the quarantine of the Thornwoods was in full effect and the Eldritch Inquisition was combing the area in search of the Hags, while arresting all local Fey for questioning.
