The Medjay were the main physical force of Hikut, and now they serve as skilled warriors under the Empire’s banner, wielding exotic khopeshes and armed with the knowledge of national deadly martial arts

They almost always take up positions of high-ranking officers, leading squads in the Imperial Army.
