The Berserks embrace the ideology of Sturm of Rampant, the Commodore of the Imperial Guard, who believes that orcs should abandon their futile attempts to produce a Great Mage, break free from the influence of deceitful shamans, and take pride in their loyalty to the Empire.

The Berserks do not shy away from keeping goblins as slaves. Since slavery is technically forbidden, they frequently navigate legal loopholes to justify their practices — relying on the cunning mind of one goblin lawyer who enjoys substantial privileges for his “collaboration.”
