The Holy War for the Holy Land

One of the three major territories of the Holy Land, Asae-Teph is a vast, humid jungle filled with the spectral remnants of the Džun and Zem civilizations, hostile native tribes, and deadly flora and fauna. It is an endless war zone, its entire landscape a contested front line. The League dominates the north, while the Empire controls the south - but this balance is tenuous at best. Control of the Places of Power shifts constantly, with both factions seeking to secure their advantage.

Amid this conflict, the Guild of Historians, a neutral organization, has taken great interest in Asae-Teph. Currently, the Temple of Tenses is designated as neutral ground, guarded by mercenaries under the Guild’s employ.
