The largest continent is Juul, with notable large islands being Ýsa and Irdrich.
— (1700-2100)
Upon encountering Dragons, the elves believe that Dragons destroy other races because of their own perception of beauty. The elves decide to change, making themselves more like the Dragons. Thus, the process of transformation of elves to dragons known as the Change begins. Meanwhile, the Džun reach unprecedented heights of prosperity and successfully resist the Dragons' attempts to annihilate them.

The New Era (Allods Era)
— (1 AGC)
The Great Mages brought Cataclysm upon the world, flooding it with primordial energy — Astral. It immediately began consuming solid ground, destroying everything. However, the Great Mages managed to halt the Astral’s advance by creating a special ritual of Retention (keyed to Dragon’s Blood). Each of the Great Mages became the eternal prisoner of the land they held. These surviving landmasses became known as the Allods, marking the beginning of a new era — the Allods Era. Travel between allods via portals became incredibly difficult, and thus Sarnout became fragmented.
Among the elves, all politics, once conducted at the Grand Bal, gradually came under the rule of the Eight Most Powerful Houses. In Kania, the Great Mage Tenses took the throne once again. The Valirian dynasty now ruled only a fragment of their former empire — Kvatokh. Numerous other allods also formed their own semi-independent monarchies. Many civilizations vanished completely or regressed.

Additionally, Kyrah is home to the tomb of one of the Great Dragons, whose heart still bleeds, and Dragon Blood is necessary for the Great Mages to maintain control over their allods. The preparations take place in total secrecy.

The first squads of League Defenders and Imperial Guard — specialized units dedicated to fighting demons — are formed. Additionally, a neutral organization of Demon Hunters is created. Seeking maximum efficiency in battling this enemy, the Hunters undergo extremely dangerous alchemical transformations that alter their very nature. This allod becomes known as the Holy Land. Believers in the Light begin venerating Tenses as a Saint and establish the Church of Light.
