Progressors

The overwhelming majority of the Arisen Zem, led by Nefer Ur himself, fall into this category. Death has been conquered — but not by their own hand.

The genius of Tep, the Great Cataclysm — in short, a series of circumstances — gave the Zem people the opportunity to rise above the mundane and a chance to lead the world toward the Absolute. And they have only just begun.

There is still much to be done. The future must not be left to chance.

  • The fate of Tep must be uncovered.

  • His arcane technologies must be found and studied — they could serve as the foundation for future transformations.

  • The true nature of the Sparks must be unraveled — events surrounding the Great Mage of Kania, Tenses, and his resurrection abilities suggest that there exist forces capable of manipulating Sparks on a much finer level than Tep ever did.

  • The Astral remains largely unexplored, a vast unknown that (for now) eludes comprehension.

In short, before they can achieve the ultimate goal of their Doctrine, there is still an immense amount of work ahead.

Some Hadaganians, however, whisper bitter rumors — that beneath all these grand slogans of discovery lies a deep-seated inferiority complex. That the Arisen Zem, having already died, are jealous of the living, forever denied simple human pleasures. That their obsession with finding Tep is not driven by curiosity, but by a desire for revenge.

The Arisen, hearing such speculations, remain silent. After all — what can one possibly explain to the mortal-minded?
