A separate faction of The Arisen Zem adheres to a heretical and blasphemous belief — that Tep is the incarnation of the death god Nih, who gave them immortality.

They are also known as Tep Cultists.

Officially, the Cult of Tep has been outlawed, and its adherents are hunted down across the world.
