Shantremar
Once called Chantremarais, or "The Singing Marshes", Shantremar is the main marshland surrounding Port Valmorra and the Strawberry Acres. The Waters here still hum with voices. Whether wind, spirit, or witch-song depends on who you ask. To outsiders, it's a warning, but to the people of Shantremar, it's simply home. It's main town is called Bootstuck Bend.

Old Magic at your doorstep
Hidden among the bogs, the Circle of Root and Bone blends old faith, hoodoo, and swamp magic into a tradition older than Valmorra itself. To some they’re healers, to others heretics. In Shantremar, their word carries as much weight as the Governor’s.
Wardens of the Marshes
The people of Shantremar believe they are the first and last line of defense against the horrors of the Dreadmarshes. They watch the waters, practice old rites, and guard the city’s back without thanks or recognition.
