O.P.A. (Outland Provisioners Association)

"Our hazard, your harvest."

Miners, loggers, finders, and fishers who haul essentials from beyond safe lines. The work is dangerous and the pay is unstable. Towns rely on them, then blame them when prices rise.

History

After the Return, logging and foraging crews scavenged the damaged landscape for resources, ranging between the new settlements and creating standards, rescue pacts, and fair shares. The O.P.A. grew from that work and made it professional.

Structure

Crew led chapters. Each chapter elects a Steward to set quotas, greenlight runs, and mediate disputes. A Safekeeper tracks injuries, signs off on risk plans, and manages the mutual aid fund for rescues, recovery, and burials.

Values

Grit. Mutual aid. A fair price for fair risk.
