Greenhands Compact

“Heal the land, and it will heal us.”

Farmers, druids, and mycologists who mend scarred land and guide careful harvests. Their results win respect. Their harvest limits and burn-to-heal plans test patience.

History

The Greenhands began as gardeners and livestock stewards inside isolated shelters, where families guarded grain, spores, and cuttings and a few druids kept rites to steady soil and water. After the Return they compared notes and found a changed land: uncontrolled blights, tainted waterways, and corrupted woods.

Circles formed across watersheds to trade seeds, share cures, and set field cycles. Wins came small but clear. A gray terrace turned green. A poisoned stream ran clean. Harder calls followed, as closures, culls, and scorched-earth cleansing plans saved harvests but tried local patience.

Structure

Circles of stewards assigned to watersheds and fields. Decisions are made at seasonal moots.

Values

Restoration. Patience. Harm less, help more.
