     Koven spends much of his time patrolling Old Lordaeron, commonly known as the Plaguelands. He spends his days facilitating the healing process of the countryside, often rooting out Cult of the Damned remnants and Scarlet Crusade fanatics.

     Koven sees himself as a bulwark against the undead and those who would seek to use the Plaguelands as a haven for their personal evils. In this he has been successful, earning himself a title amongst the rabble he hunts - "the Rider in the East." To them, someone to be avoid.

     Even the Silver Hand, situated within Light's Hope, have come to recognize Koven's presence as a stabilizer along the border between Lordaeron and Quel'thalas. The Paladins give him a wide berth, so long as he continues to help, rather than harm, the slow return of prosperity to the land.
