. Like all who carry that bloodline, Chaos runs in their veins. Unlike most, they have lived with it for a century. What they have become is not known with certainty. Those who claim to have seen them describe a tall figure in a traveler's cloak with face indistinct, others describe the typical aesthetic of all would-be dark lords, ad rarer still some say the Hollow King has no form at all, that the moniker Hollow is less poetic than in actuallity.

What they want is unknown. Possibilities include the throne and legitimacy as the Veln's heir, something left unfinished by the Rite of Binding, maybe revenge upon the institutions that drove their family from 

, or nothing that can be understood in human terms. The Hollow King's agents seem to gather information of all sorts, indicating ambitions beyond simple conquest.
