A creature with low-light vision treats areas of dim light as though they were in bright light. Dim light does not cause concealment or perception penalties for you. Darkness still blocks your sight normally.

In bright and dim light, you see as if in bright light—no concealment from dimness.

In darkness, you are just as blind as a creature with normal vision unless another sense or light source is present.
