Your Constitution modifier directly affects critical survival statistics.

• Hit Points: Add your Constitution modifier to your maximum HP at 1st level and every level thereafter.

• Fortitude Saves: Your Constitution modifier applies to Fortitude saving throws, defending against poison, disease, radiation, environmental hazards, and physical afflictions.

• Recovery: When resting for 8 hours, you regain HP equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum 1) multiplied by your level.
