Advanced Spellcasting (12 Favor):  A granted instance of Sanctioned faction spell casting. This authorizes a Client to request the casting of a spell of up to 6th level from an Spellcaster.

Expert Assistance (5 Favor): You are granted permission to  hire Expert-tier members as retainers

Faction Armory Access (4 Favor): You can purchase Rare Equipment from Faction Provisioners.

Faction Craft (4 Favor): You are granted access to Uncommon faction formulae.

Faction Legacy (18 Favor): You are granted an Initiate (CR-1 to CR4) to Apprentice.

Mage Training (10 Favor): You are granted clearance to tamper with Mana; this manifests as your ability to learn Uncommon spells.

Well Admired(20 Favor): You are promoted. Spending Favor does not cause your standing with the Faction to drop below Admired.

Commissioning Authority (26 Favor): You are permitted to promote your apprentice to the Expert tier

Faction Armorer (30 Favor): You are granted access to learn Formulae for Rare Items

Masterful Retainer (32 Favor): You are granted permission to  hire Master-tier members as retainers

Severe Spellcraft (36 Favor): A granted instance of Sanctioned faction spell casting. This authorizes a Client to request the casting of a spell of up to 8th level from an Spellcaster.

Well Revered (32 Favor): Spending Favor does not cause your standing with the Azure Archive to drop below Revered.
