These goblinoids aren't that different from their main species. After all they are still goblins, but suffering under the influence of Nilbogism.

Nilbogs were more likely to appear in locations where goblins were particularly mistreated or, in rare cases, where heavy use of magic distorted space and time. The very possibility that a nilbog might appear struck terror in hobgoblin and bugbear commanders, who were well aware that nilbogs were extremely difficult to harm, and even so, killing one merely caused the spirit to flee and possess another goblin.
