Astradyne is the one who grants her faithful the powers to heal and guide others. Most medical facilities are built in her name, and standing against her means one is unlikely to find their wounds cured anytime soon.

Faith structure and Clergy

Her faith is not led by any particular person, instead, those who seek her guidance gather in covens and practise their own rituals and beliefs. Though the Blightsteel Dominion has attempted to found a church and default state of worship, her blessings never stuck around for long.

Her clerics are those who glow upon the leylines, the ones with her blessings in their blood. Those blessed by her are more commonly known as the Empyrean, specifically of the Moon variety. The Empyrean (Moon) come in two varieties, one for each of the moons, and are treated with equal respect.

Worshipper goals

Her followers aim to help those on the wrong path find a righteous one.

A certain subsection of her followers, The Dark Moon’s Coven, are planning to pursue a ritual to split Astradyne from her moon, and merge her with a new celestial body of their making. They believe this will further enhance her powers, and by extension theirs.

Edicts

  • Be like the moon, ever-changing.

  • The blood of the convenant is thicker than the water of the womb.

Anathema

  • Refusing to help those who are on the wrong path.

Origin story

Astradyne is believed to have been a great witch who fused her spirit with that of the Elyndra. During the grand fusing her lesser traits were cast off into the Veillune, which now stands for improvement and ridding one’s life of values they no longer embody.
