Though the Nation prides itself on cultural stability and monopoly, the impracticality of full language obliteration means that it finds itself with over a dozen distinct 'languages' commonly spoken. Often these are merely variants of the standard Eusan language, or otherwise intended for niche and precise purposes. The likes of Kommando Battle-Sign, Binary, and other tertiary languages maintain a place in the Nation and its hierarchy, while more 'suspect' languages such as Kitezhyak and Vinetan's many subtongues are forcibly waylaid and kept out of common parlance.
