Much like the Naga, the Bone Naga is extremely rare as well. The only source on these creatures that we have is examples from ancient necromancer tomes. It seems this creature is raised when the spell “Summon Beast” is used by an extremely powerful, or lucky, spellcaster. Story books also say the creature can also appear when a Naga dies in an insidious or particularly horrible way, as the anger from the Naga is released into a spirit that animate the skeleton of the creature itself to destroy those that defeated it. The weakness of these is even less known than their flesh and blood counterpart. However, if going off the assumption that they perform like typically animated creatures, defeating the mage that raised them may be the only way to permanently destroy them.
