Lord Foster, formerly King of Osterra and representative of Nova Regnus, now serves as a tavern keeper and vineyard master for Cedar Hill’s lush Mountain Run Winery.
Foster was one of the first settlers of Osterra, fought at the first battle of the great Hill Fort, and is a disciple of the mystery of the Dark Lord of the Forest.
