The Korinthian Empire, formerly the Korinthian remnant, are a primarily elvish nation and the largest power in the Western Axis. The Empire was formed from a coalition of three formerly independent states: the warriors of Northern Korinth, the diplomatic worshipers of Southern Korinth, and the independent magi from Iconium. These forces united under a powerful new figure who's sudden arrival is as mysterious as it has been game changing. This new figure, Emperor Pratius, is revered across the empire for his martial genius and, most importantly, for his status as the last living Ancient Korinthian.
As a result of mastery of portalmancy he was quickly able to reunite these disparate factions under his rule with one promise: revenge against the Dominion of Mankind. He led a massive Korinthian army through the portal in Iconium to it's match in the Dominion capital of Deorum and achieved his goal overnight in a night the Dominion calls "The Night of a Thousand Tears". The Emperor continued his campaign with thunderous efficacy. He went on to rename the re-captured capital to it's historical name of Korinthos and forced the Dominion east over the mountains in the Wastes.
