Legal Restrictions
Under the Keoland–Iuz Trade Accord (Article 3), Xendros must register all magical transactions through Captain Fireborn.
Officially, this keeps her trade controlled.
Unofficially, she works around it.
Covert Curse
All items acquired through Xendros or her agents are cursed.
Effect:
A hidden mark links the item to Xendros.
While attuned, she may cast detect thoughts on the bearer at any distance.
The target automatically fails the save and is unaware.

DC 25 Intelligence (Arcana) to uncover the deeper curse
Weekly Offerings
Discreet clients may pay a 50 gp weekly retainer (via Rutkus or Voss).
This grants first access to available stock and covers northern sourcing.

One Rare item
