Winter is a Dragon Lord formed of Xurhuan Zhi / Elysia's water and wisdom.

Winter is entrusted to watch over Winter's Domain, and as such her very being is intrinsically tied to the Pillar. Additionally she is technically responsible for the prosperity of the Chintayatu / Siren race.

As Xurhuan Zhi / Elysia held a great deal of power as a Medium, Winter naturally also possesses a sizable amount of influence. More than a quarter of all Spirits swear allegiance to Winter and all that she represents.
