Background
Following an Yuuwu Juriin / Abaddon-influenced ideological split within the Church of the Green Promise, the Azurites broke off to form their own group.
Later some Azurites would go on to murder Ulong Lai / Summer.
Tenets
Change is divine and stagnancy is torture.
One should never let other people hold power over them.
It is most rational to seek as much power as possible so as to never be controlled.

The Azurites first targeted Ulong Lai / Summer under the suggestion of Yuuwu Juriin / Abaddon.
The Azurites gave Yuuwu Juriin / Abaddon some influence under Tsenan Lai / Spring already, Tsagai Lai / Autumn is naturally resistant to change, and Khei Lai / Winter wouldn't interfere either way.
The other Elysian religions, not knowing of Yuuwu Juriin / Abaddon or Void Era history, tend to view the Azurites as an extremist but ultimately non-harmful group.
The main exception is of course the Church of Abundance.
