Summer was a Dragon Lord formed of Xurhuan Zhi / Elysia's heat and energy.

Summer was entrusted to watch over Summer's Domain, and as such her very being was intrinsically tied to the Pillar. Additionally she was technically responsible for the prosperity of the Sodatsu / Dryad race.

As Xurhuan Zhi / Elysia held a great deal of power as a Medium, Summer naturally also possessed a sizable amount of influence. More than a quarter of all Spirits swore allegiance to Summer and all that she represented.

Modern Worship

The Church of Abundance is a prominent religion within Plumamentia - what with dozens of high-level Mediums directly drawing power from Summer and all that Summer had to offer.

Appearance

Summer is a literal fantasy (though asian) dragon; overseeing her lands and ensuring protection and good harvests. Of course this leads to her being slain - you can't have a dragon narrative without the triumphant Dragonslayer. Nowadays she's a skeleton; crumbling, with temples and shrines built in her honor likewise falling into disrepair

Background

The Second Era

Summer spent the entire Second Era protecting Summer's Domain, up until her untimely death at the hands of the Azurites. With the last of her strength, Summer used part of her Ichor to create The Exuviant.

The Third Era

The Church of Abundance has taken it upon themselves to try and make up for the loss of Summer and Summer's Domain, by leveraging their own power to ensure people can obtain food and water. It won't last for long.
