Captain Halbrecht Voss:

• Captain of the 7th Field Squadron of Highguard. A hardy veteran soldier with a straight forward personality.

• Encountered Act 1 Session 2 near Orinn Village when he took Frederick, Tholak, and the comatose lumberjack into custody.

Captain Harland Brooker:

• Sea Captain of the trade ship, O'Misty. A witty, sea weathered man in his late 40s who has enjoyed one to many ales. However, it seems it has not been enough to wash away his precision as a sea captain.

• Encountered Act 1 Session 4 inside the Brine Exchange after Selvi apparently had an appointment made with the man.

Jim Hallard:

• A fairly wealthy landlord who owns a good deal of homes inside the Harbor Walk of Port Mirran. He is a uneasy man, who talks fast as if his anxiety is always getting the better of himself.

• Encountered Act 1 Session 4 in Harbor Walk and serves as the party landlord to their new found purchased... "home."

Favian Creu:

• Member of the Queen's Blade, who was a part of Tholak's squad while he was a member. He bleeds overconfidence and hubris.

• Encountered Act 1 Session 4 at the party's home base in Port Mirran after Radik attempted to steal back the money the had spent on it.

• NOTE: Has been delegated to desk work in Reach due to his corrupted memory at the hands of, "other" Selvi.

"Whisper":

• Informant of the Brine Exchange in Port Mirran, who seems to have their hands in just about everything pertaining to the city. Straight forward with a disguised and cheerful demeanor. Is often referred to as by her alias Harlen, which is another mask behind which whisper hides her real identity.

• Encountered Act 2 Session 1 at the Brine Exchange during a meeting with Frederick and Tholak who were attempting to gain information about a hunting license to leave the city.
