A group of pirates infiltrated the city June 13th/GM JohnGalt/ Mess With Governor Torres during the Festival of Miguel the Headless Chicken, lit fire to one of the black-powder stores as a distraction, rescued some prisoners and escaped with some of the Spanish horses. There is a low-security vault in the heart of town that has not been looted, and still many pirates held as prisoner.
