Village of La Marisma

Village within the Florida swamps where Captain Rimes, through dark arts, discovered how to combine human bone and plant to grow Ash flowers. The flowers can still be found there as can his refining facility. The village is otherwise deserted of human life and Captain Rimes has not been seen in months.
