She's both a symbol of unity and authority, with the respect of local Chapter Masters, Inquisitors, and the entire Inquisition.

Hag-Hunters Thalia Thornwood & Vex Darkflame

A dynamic duo of Good-Cop Bad-Cup with a grumpy halfling and an upbeat dragonborn.

Thalia Thornton: A grumpy foulmouthed halfling paladin, Thalia is the current leader of the Order of Stilled Voices. She hails from the renowned Thornton family of Thornvale, the same family that runs the lucrative brambleberry business in Kildar. While her relatives tend to commerce and farming, Thalia has embraced the family’s ancestral duty: hunting hags. Her great-grandfather, Thalos Thornton, founded the Order generations ago after his village fell to a hags' curse. Thalia’s word is law within the Stilled Voices, and though she is severe in demeanor, she inspires unwavering loyalty through her courage and conviction.

Vex Darkflame: Thalia’s lifelong friend and second-in-command. A black-scaled dragonborn sorceress with a bright, excitable personality, Vex is the Order’s arcane expert and morale booster. She and Thalia are inseparable, a classic good-cop, bad-cop pair whose differing temperaments balance one another perfectly. Where Thalia leads through duty, Vex leads through heart.

Inquisitor Korthaine, Thiefling with lightblue skin and twisted horns. Haughty, rightious but practical, Korthaine made a name for herself by joining the fight against the Grandmother. A Cleric of Tyr, she is always at the forefront to aid the people of Kildar. She travels the continent and acts as an envoy for the inquisition by forging bonds and contracting skilled adventurers to (temporarily) fight under the banner of The Eldritch Inquisition.
