Aksis is a veteran Stoneblood, particularly skilled with machinery and technology. Like many of his race he derives great joy from retrieving, dismantling and studying newfound technology though often to no real end. At some point in his past he was either exiled by or left his clan behind, striking out on his own, it was during this time he came to worship Anubis, Guardian of the Dead, seemingly finding some comfort there and styling his armour as a reflection.

The Underside, and the Descent beyond it, are the closest thing to an underworld in the Material realm, and Aksis intends to be Anubis' hand in it. Using one of his cultural thundersabers and a shortbow when caught in combat, he’s easily able to defend himself in the close-quarters confines of the Stonegraves.
