The ring allows its wearer to bind their soul to it, ensuring that even in death, they can continue to influence the world. The ring was hidden away after the necromancers were overthrown, to prevent its dark power from being misused.

Abilities:

• Soulbinding: Upon death, your soul is bound to the ring, allowing you to remain as an incorporeal spirit with all your memories and mental abilities. You can possess any corpse within 100 feet as an action.

• Resurrection: Once per year, you can use the ring to cast Resurrection on yourself or another creature.
