Panlibras is not as much a god as the others in the sense that he embodies pure knowledge. He is his personal plane of the same name, the largest library in existence where every written word gets collected and preserved.

For that exact reason, many scholars seek access to Panlibras, both with noble and malign intentions. One seeks to find old knowledge to aid the world of Domos, while the other might seek profane rituals buried by time and dogma.

No matter the reason, Panlibras welcomes those with ambition to learn within his ranks and his ever-growing collection of books and scrolls.
