We run on a 'Three Strike' system.
Strike 1:
The person in question will be privately messaged an official warning explaining the situation.
Strike 2:
The person in question will be privately messaged a second warning and suspended for up to three days.
Strike 3:
The person in question will be removed from the server. Banning may also occur depending on the severity of the infraction.
Strikes do drop off eventually. Timing depends heavily on behavior.
Should a situation arise that the health of the server is put at risk admin will forgo the strike system. After the offending member has been removed the situation will be reviewed by the admin team as a whole.
